Shipping Policy

 

LulaLoop is happy to offer several  options for shipping orders within the continental US.

Timing

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of your order. However, we reserve the right to choose a carrier that best fits the business climate at the time of shipment. (Orders placed prior to 1:00 PM CST Mon - Fri, will most likely ship same business day).

LulaLoop is unable to ship to PO boxes.

Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery: depending on your shipping speed. We make every attempt to deliver your order as fast as possible, but delivery is subject to the shipping company operations and as such, we cannot guarantee delivery time.

To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you that your package has been shipped, along with a tracking number, method of shipment and the address to which it was sent to (exceptions include Alaska and Hawaii). This notification will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature. 

Shipping Issues

In the event of a shipping problem, LulaLoop will assist customers with the freight carrier to the extent possible. Undeliverable shipments and refused deliveries will be charged the original shipping fee plus a 10% handling fee. We do not offer expedited delivery services.
